All Hallows Eve. For most of my life I had no idea about the history of this global holiday, why we dressed up, why kids trick-or-treated. If we look at the history of the changing of the season, where we move from light into darkness, summer into winter, life into death, we discover a portal where the veil between the spirit world and the physical world gets very thin. So how do we work with this season as Light beings, connected to Spirit? What is our role & do we blindly play along or do we consciously contribute something good inside of evil?  Tomorrow night is my free webinar 'I Want My Power Back' & there are limited spots. We clean our bodies, brush our teeth, feed ourselves and work out. But our spiritual anatomy is more complex than our physical anatomy, and most people neglect it on a daily basis.  If I don't practice good spiritual hygeine, my physical world is in trouble--or at least, not a pleasant experience. We wait to feel thankful WHEN the healing comes or WHEN the promotion happens. But spiritual hygeine means we practice the substance of truth every day, before the external world gives us a reason to feel that way.  This is one of the most important things we can learn as divine beings having a human experience and has completely changed my life.  Ready to prioritize your spiritual hygeine?  (@womanscircle, @christablackgifford, @iamlukegifford)

I've felt stuck for a while. Do I just allow the circumstances of my life to happen, ending my internal suffering when I learn to surrender, or do I move into the power I possess to create something new and manifest dreams into reality?  Is it the chicken or the egg? Is it one or the other, or could it be a dance between the two? In today's podcast we explore this dance of surrendering to what IS...ending our resistance to our current reality...and THEN from that surrender, believe for something new. In this 'name it claim it' culture, the manifestation craze that's swept the world, I believe that many times we manifest FROM our discontentment in the moment, instead of our surrender.  But on the spiritual path, it takes both surrender to the divine plan AND stepping into faith to create something new.  Are you ready to dance?  (@womanscircle, @christablackgifford, @iamlukegifford)

We're in a massive global upgrade, a divine reset, a world-wide reboot. And right now, a lot of our white boards are being erased as our new operating systems for life are being uploaded into our bodies. When this happens, the body goes through some energetic changes like 1) energy drainage, 2) feelings of confusion or anxiety, 3) the release of big emotions.  But what if nothing is wrong? What if there's a huge plan for the world that includes YOU shifting certain things about your life to get you on the right path to fulfill your divine destiny?  Today we talk about this global upgrade, the death that it's inviting us into, how it shows up in the body, and the spiritual tools we can begin to cultivate to not only weather the upgrade, but find contentment inside the waiting room.  (@womanscircle, @christablackgifford, @iamlukegifford)
